Things To Do
It's DC so there are a million thing to see and do, but we added a few of our favorites. Since the wedding is on a Friday now, you'll have the rest of the weekend to explore the city we love.
Areas to go eat/drink:
H St.
is a must for bar hopping or just grabbing dinner and some great food and drink. Check out Copycat for amazing tiki cocktails and delicious Asian street food. Also check out Maketto for Asian fusion, the Pug for a dive bar, and Sidamo for Ethiopian coffee.
District Wharf.
The wharf is a brand new upscale development right on the waterfront in DC. Check out Tiki TnT for yummy cocktails, Kaliwa Asian fusion, or Falafel inc for a cheap bite.
U St.
The U St. corridor is the epicenter of DC nightlife. Check out American Ice Company for BBQ and beer (the swachos are a must). For gay bars check out Nellie's, Dirty Goose, and Trade. Habesha is our favorite Ethiopian place.
