How do I RSVP?

Answer

Anyone who is not on the guest list will be unable to RSVP. Please be sure to complete the RSVP for every person within your group/family. Each person within the group will have the option to select ATTEND or DECLINE the invitation. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs should be completed online before September 4th, 2020. This will help ensure we will have a proper number for our caterer in order to provide enough food.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking will be available in front of the Club House at the golf course. The Ceremony Lawn and Reception Venue are located behind the Club House down a long hill. Shuttles will be provided as means of transportation between locations at your convenience. All guests are also welcome to walk if preferred.

If its cold or rainy, will the ceremony be held outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will tentatively be held on the Ceremony Lawn at the Amana Golf Course. Unfortunately, we will not know what type of weather the day will hold until the week or even day of. Directions to a new venue nearby will be provided upon arrival of the Golf Course if locations change. If all other backup venues are unavailable, the ceremony will be held within the reception venue (Still located at the Golf Course). **If you do get chilly easily, please bring a jacket along in case we deem it feasible to still hold the Ceremony outdoors.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

A cash bar will be available during the reception.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No. The Amana Golf Course strictly prohibits personal supplies of alcohol. The Amana Golf Course and their bar tenders will be handling and providing all beverages for the evening.

Should I book a hotel?

Answer

If you live out of town or plan on staying late at the reception, you are more than welcome to book a hotel. We have provided locations on our Lodging tab. Most of the locations closest to the venue are Bed and Breakfast. The closest hotels are a little farther away. All provided locations have great reviews or have been stayed in by the Bride or Groom.
