We’re looking forward to celebrating with you in the safest way possible! Please familiarize yourself with some important COVID related information for the weekend:
• To our knowledge, nearly all of our guests are vaccinated. If you are unvaccinated, we ask that you please test negative before attending the weekend’s events.
• The Woodstock Inn is requiring masks in public areas of the resort regardless of vaccination status. Please plan accordingly.
• For those invited to the rehearsal dinner, Simon Pearce is requiring proof of vaccination - actual card or photo.
• We will provide wristbands for the weekend to indicate your comfort level with interaction with others:
o Red: greet from six feet!
o Yellow: elbows are OK
o Green: high fives and hugs!
If you're concerned about coming for any reason, reach out to us and let’s connect!
See you in Vermont!

Question
If I already booked a room at The Woodstock Inn for the original date, will I need to call and reschedule for the new date?
Answer
Nope! The Woodstock Inn is taking care of moving your reservations to the new weekend at the same rate - no need to do anything! If you've booked elsewhere, you will need to take care of rescheduling your accomodations on your own.
Question
ARE KIDS INVITED?
Answer
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
Question
IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?
Answer
No, we intentionally booked a location that could accommodate the ceremony/reception and overnight guests. If you are booking alternative accommodations, you will need to secure your own travel.
Question
WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
Question
CAN I BRING A DATE?
Answer
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
