Flight

Salt Lake City International Airport

Park City is a short ride, about 40 minutes, from Salt Lake City International Airport. SLC is a Delta Airlines hub, and also services most major airlines. Ubers and Lyfts are pretty easy for leaving the airport, but can be a little unreliable for off-hours heading back to the airport. If you have a very early or late flight back, please reach out to anyone in the Price or Josephson family for driver references.

Shuttle

Hotel to River Bottoms Ranch

June 9, 2024 4:15 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttles will leave the hotel at 3:45pm to arrive at River Bottom Ranch. There will be one small shuttle that will leave River Bottom Ranch at 10pm with the remainder to be at 11pm.

Hotel

Marriott's Summit Watch

780 Main Street, Park City, UT 84060

Thanks to a friend of the Prices, we've secured discounted rates at Marriott’s Summit Watch. It's comfortable, conveniently located on Main Street in Park City, and offers spacious rooms. The welcome dinner is within a block from this hotel. There's a 2-night minimum stay, and pricing includes resort fees and taxes. A shuttle to the wedding will be offered from this hotel. Nightly rates for Friday and Saturday are more expensive than the weeknight (which includes Sunday night) rates. See breakout below: Option A: Studio with king-sized bed, additional sofa bed, and kitchenette - $100 Sun-Thurs nights and $250 Fri & Sat nights Option B: 1-bedroom suite with full kitchen and living room with sofa bed - $150 Sun-Thurs nights and $350 Fri & Sat nights Option C: 2-bed, 2-bath suite, combining Options A and B (great option for families or friends looking to have a large hang-out space) - $200 Sun-Thurs nights and $500 Fri & Sat nights Please note that booking the Marriott is through a consolidator, so you need to pay through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or by check. To secure your reservation, please text Beth Jensen, a Marriott employee, at (831) 663-7916, providing your name, Price/Josephson wedding, booking dates, and your preferred room option. Beth has requested that you text her instead of calling, and she will promptly call you back. This hotel is in a great location and is fully refundable through the end of May. (This is our preferred lodging option.)

Hotel

Marriott's MountainSide

1305 Lowell Avenue, Park City, UT 84060

Booking at this option works the same away as the Marriott Summit Watch. Please contact Beth directly to book. The difference with booking this option is that stays are limited to June 7th through 10th (check in Friday and check out Monday) and reservations must be made for those three nights. MountainSide is right at the base of Park City Mountain with slightly nicer amenities. MountainSide offers a free shuttle services to Main street. A shuttle to the wedding will also be offered from this hotel. Room setup is the same as is listed above for Summit Watch. Pricing is all-in and is as follows: Studio: $750 ($250/night) 1-Bedroom: $1000 ($333/night) 2-Bedroom: $1450 ($483/night) This hotel is a 0.7-mile (20-minute) walk to Courchevel Bistro (the bottom of Main Street) however it is relatively hilly so we recommend using the Park City shuttle service.

Travel Note

Luxury Hotel Options

For a more upscale experience, consider the Pendry and the Montage. The Pendry, a new hotel in Canyons village and offers modern amenities and restaurants. The Montage, nestled in Deer Valley Resort, boasts breathtaking views and a warm atmosphere. Please be aware as you compare hotels (excluding the Marriott Summit Watch and Mountain Side), that there are additional charges such as resort fees and cleaning fees that may be incurred outside of the stated rates on the websites.

Travel Note

Getting Around Town

If you don’t have a rental car, getting around Park City is still no problem. Ubers and Lyfts can be slightly unreliable in Park City, however there are free shuttles that most hotels offer to help get you around. On Main Street, there is a free trolley that can help you navigate the long stretch of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.
