Andrew's company was expanding and relocated. Delany worked on the first floor of their new building and Andrew moved onto the third floor. She had to work at the front desk and began to notice a cute new guy in the building. And he noticed the cute receptionist.

It had been several days, which turned into weeks, since Delany had seen the cute guy. She panicked that he had been fired... or quit... or moved... or was on his honeymoon... or had a baby... or... But then, he walked by. With a motorcycle helmet. She had to figure out who this cute guy was.

Delany started her morning by walking to the coffee shop next door to the office (seeing the cute guy's car pull up had nothing to do with the coffee run). Andrew pulled up and decided to get a coffee before going into work (seeing the cute girl walk over to the coffee shop had nothing to do with the coffee run). They ended up introducing themselves and talking on their way back to the office. As they approachdd the doors, Andrew invited Delany up to play ping pong sometime. Delany did not think that “sometime” was soon enough. So after some convincing from a friend, she left her number on his car. Luckily, he responded.

Their first date was over the lunch hour at Hapa Sushi. And as they say, the rest is history.
