Ceremony

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
*Guests to be seated by 4:25PM* Ceremony will be held outside, please bring a light jacket, sunglasses etc. Our ceremony will be open for seating at 4PM in the Garden Courtyard at the Beaumont Hotel. Please keep the first 2 rows of chairs open for immediate family. Guests are to seat themselves. We kindly ask everyone to be in their seat by 4:25PM.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Immediately following the ceremony please join us for cocktail hour and light appetizers. We invite our guests to enjoy the open bar (excluding top shelf options) please remember bring cash to tip our bartender.

Dinner will be buffet style. Please select your favorite protein option so we can best plan! We invite our guests to enjoy the open bar (excluding top shelf options) please remember bring cash to tip our bartender. 6:05PM Guests are to seat themselves in the reception hall for dinner. 6:15PM Dinner Service 7:30PM Wedding Toast by Sarah Evans & Jimmy Watt 7:45PM Bride & Groom's Frist Dance 11:00PM End of Reception **Guests are more than welcome to rip up the dance floor whenever they would like.**
