We were given seats next to one another in sixth grade history class. Jimmy was the outgoing class clown that everyone knew & I was girl who always preferred to be in the background. For me it was absolute love at first sight (I have the diary entries to prove it) but my shyness never let me express that so our opportunity was missed. Fast forward thirteen years later we re-connect at my twenty fifth birthday party. Once again it was love at first sight, but this time for the both of us. We’ve built a life that we are so incredibly grateful for and proud of and we can’t wait to share our love with all of our closest friends and family!

I had been to Disney with my family when I was thirteen years old and I made a wish at a Downtown Disney wishing well, That i would marry my then middle school crush Jimmy Simonds one day. Little did I know seventeen years later my forever crush would propose to me there. Moral of the story, dreams sure DO come true, Especially at Disney!
