What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 3:30PM to ensure there will not be any distractions during the ceremony. The ceremony starts at 4:00PM. There is on-site parking available. Please see next question below.

Do I need to pay to get into the park?

Answer

All guests can drive right through the entrance. You will NOT need a code and will NOT have to pay to enter the park

How do I get to the wedding hall & chapel?

Answer

Please take the entrance to the 'Fox & Hound Restaurant.' The park entrance will be on your left. Disregard the 'ticket' booth. Continue straight through the park, until you get to a stop sign, a brown building will be straight ahead. (That is the reception hall). Please keep the upper parking lot reserved for handicap, wedding party, vendors. The lower level parking lot is open for everyone!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Preferably ASAP, but let us know if you can (or can't) make it by July 10th, 2024 at the latest!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests dress semi-formal/formal. This is a big day for us and we want you feel your best! Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc). Please keep in mind, festivities will be indoors and outdoors, so wear comfortable shoes!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please do! If you have any food allergies, please inform us ahead of time so we can try our best to accommodate you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! Please bring your valid ID so you can enjoy yourself on our day. With that being said, we ask that you handle yourself appropriately and drink responsibly!

There are many great options for lodging accommodations in the area. Please see the 'travel' tab for options

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome. Please include in your RSVP count to ensure enough food is provided! Please be mindful of where your kids are as Glacier Hills & Chapel is a public park. There is a playground on site!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitations. Thanks for understanding!

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our home. Please check under the 'registry' tab
