Malaekahana Beach Campground Information. We will be in Tutu's Hale, parking is open from 0700-1900 (if staying a little later we will work to ensure cars are accessible). More information about the site can be found at: https://www.malaekahana.net Notice: they are doing construction near the area but our area will not be affected. There may be noise from 0700-1500.

Local food/ alcohol tour: - [ ] Manoa chocolate- chocolate tasting(free and paid)/ wine bar (Kailua) - [ ] Manoa Honey- local honey and mead (tastings and bee tour) (Wahiawa) - [ ] Kohana Rum Distillery- agricole rum from sugar cane juice! Tastings and tours (Kunia) Relaxing/fun beaches away from Waikiki - [ ] Ko’Olina Lagoons- relaxing calm waters; limited free parking, can park at Disney resort for $37/ day or validation of 2 hours if $50 spent on food or gift shops there - [ ] Sharks Cove- amazing snorkeling that you can see without swimming (a lot of areas only knee-waist deep); BRING WATER SHOES or buy them across the street at Foodland (North Shore) Food Spots - [ ] Grocery Store- Foodland (Laie) - [ ] My Cafe (Kapolei) amazing breakfast, highly recommend the loco moco - [ ] Foodland Farms (Ala Moana) poke is great from any of the stores - [ ] Monkey Pod (Ko’Olina) great for happy hour; $12 pizzas and their Mai Tais are the best! - [ ] Kahuku Food Trucks (Kahuku) has a lot of options including shrimp truck! Amazing burger and homemade chips at Seven Brothers Scenic Drives/ Nature - [ ] Tantalus Drive (Manoa Valley)- great views of Honolulu and Diamond head in rainforesty area - [ ] Makapu’u Light House (Sunrise hike) go early and park outside gate- walk up (paved 1+ mile up hill not too crazy) - [ ] Ka’ena State Park (Sunset hike)- north side is shorter, west side is about 7 miles round trip but prettier; albatross sanctuary at the point best sunset!! - [ ] Electric Beach/Kahe Point Beach Park (just past Ko’Olina) (Sunsets) not a lot of people and amazing view from West Side Other things to do: - [ ] Polynesian Cultural Center- pay to enter and explore, also options for luau dinner and show - [ ] Kaneohe Bay Sandbar- need to paddle or book boat out but amazing area to relax and snorkel Souvenirs - [ ] Costco - [ ] Target (some) - [ ] Walmart
