We HIGHLY recommend you use uber to get around puerto vallarta if you aren't planning on using public transportation or a rented car. In our experience, we have been able to travel comfortably around the city mainly walking but when needed we will use uber for their ease and availability. En nuestra experiencia, hemos caminado cómodamente por la cuidad, pero cuando es necesario utilizamos uber por su facilidad y disponibilidad.
