Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

No, we do not. Your attendance at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to give us a wedding gift, we’re happy to accept honeymoon fund contributions.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are plenty of great hotels and Airbnb options near downtown Santa Barbara. We do not have a wedding room block, but the bride and groom will be staying at the Hotel Californian on Thursday and Friday night.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no particular dress code, but we recommend casual-dressy attire. For the ladies, keep in mind the ceremony will be on grass and we will be doing some light walking if you join us for late-night festivities. The bride will be changing into comfy shoes after the ceremony!

Do you have recommendations for transportation and parking?

Answer

We recommend using Uber or Lyft. However, for those guests who will be driving to the ceremony, there is parking is available in City Lot #7, directly across from the Courthouse on Anacapa Street. For post-ceremony festivities, we recommend parking at the Garden Street Lot. General parking in the City Lots are free for the first 75 minutes, and $3.00 for each hour or part of an hour after that.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be seated at the ceremony site by 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. It will be short and sweet, so you don't want to miss it!

Will there be a formal reception?

Answer

We will not be having a traditional wedding reception. However, we will be hosting food after the ceremony and plan to continue the celebration afterwards. Please see the Itinerary page of the website for more information.
