If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. We envision our wedding being an intimate affair and therefore are keeping a fixed guest count but we sincerely hope that you can still be present.
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Yes, we will have a shuttle bus depart from the Homewood Suites (Hilton) at 2:30pm and 3pm. Please be ready outside 5-10mins prior to that time.
We don't recommend that you drive as there will be a shuttle service from the Hilton hotels (Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn). However, if you plan to drive to the wedding venue for the day, please park at the Kennedy Center Parking Lot. There will be signs to direct you to the preferred parking location. If you are staying at another hotel other than the Hilton, we recommend that you Uber/Lyft from your hotel as the venues on campus are all within walking distance. Semi-Formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. For the ladies, please be advised that the ceremony will be held on a green area.
Luckily, only the wedding ceremony will be outdoors. We hope the weather complies but in the off chance that it doesn't, we will update the website specifying the new indoor location for the ceremony. The cocktail hour and reception locations are both indoors and will remain unchanged.
Yes. There will be plenty of dishes for you to choose from at our family-style dinner reception.
The sooner the better but we understand that there's some planning involved (e.g. maybe renting a car, booking hotels, etc.) so take your time but please let us know if you can join us no later than March 30th, 2020.
