Each guest of the Group will be responsible for booking the transportation (reservations staying 4 nights or more) services, a minimum of two weeks in advance via e-mail with complete guest name & flight information: transfercancun@palaceresorts.com or through the following Transfer Site: https://transfers.palaceresorts.com/ • Reservations out of the room block and/or under any other membership/source do not count towards group benefits and additional fees WILL apply to attend the private events. Everyone will be able to book spa treatments, tours, golf, and excursions with our Palace Vacation Planners (PVP). Please send them an email requesting more information at toursinfo@palaceresorts.com it is necessary that they give their booking confirmation number. Their time to respond is 2-3 business days. Cancelation Policy: Wedding reservations done through the link are fully refundable if canceled up to 4 days prior to arrival. After that period there is a one-night penalty fee that will apply.
