Maid of Honor
I have known Hanna since the day I was born (obviously). She is two years older than me so I have always looked up to her. She has been my ride or die since day one and I love that we have such a close relationship. I am so excited to have her stand next to me on my special day just as she has stood by me my entire life.
Best Man
Aaron is Zach's little brother. Growing up, the two of them spent a lot of time together playing sports and swimming in the pool. As they have gotten older, they now enjoy golfing and playing board games with the family. Aaron is the coolest person we know!
Bridesmaid
Jackie has been a friend of mine since I was 16 months old, so she is definitely the friend I have known the longest. I have so many memories of Jackie, from going to "school" at daycare to walking to her house from the bus after school, from spending New Year's Eve at my house and running down the street waving our bra's in the air to going to wineries for my birthday. I love her kindness and bubbly personality.
Groomsman
Sam and Zach met sophomore year in high school when they played baseball together. Now, over ten years later, the two are still just as close. They play video games together almost every night with their buddy, Kenny. Sam is always down for a dip in the pool or a good game of golf. Zach likes how he can joke around with Sam all day in the group chat with Kenny!
Bridesmaid
I met Kristina when I was in 7th grade and she was the perfect sidekick to get me through middle and high school! We ran track and played soccer together and had too many sleepovers to count. The two of us could laugh for hours together. As we grew into adulthood, Kristina and I are still just as close. We love to play with the animals, go out to brunch, and just hang out and chat! Kristina is truly part of the family!
Groomsman
Zach has known Devin since kindergarten and they grew up adventuring together and having extreme sports days. They liked to write down inventions in notebooks, swim for hours, and play tag any chance they got! Devin now lives in southern California but Zach and Devin pick up right where they left any time they get together.
Bridesmaid
Lindsay was my freshman roommate at UC Merced. We shared a small room and became close very quickly! We kept ourselves entertained in Merced by getting boba and rolled tacos and watching Bridesmaids regularly. Every time we meet up, it is as though no time has passed at all!
Groomswoman
Zach has known Kayla since he was a wee boy. Their dad's knew each other through work. So, naturally these two became good friends as their families hung out regularly. The two of them played video games, filmed home movies, and rode bikes together as kids. Now they enjoy meeting up for brunch and hanging out at the house playing games. Zach loves that Kayla always makes every conversation interesting!
Bridesmaid
Sarah and I met in Indianapolis when we were working as first year teachers at the same high school. She taught Spanish and I taught biology. We bonded over our love for running and Mexican food! Although she still lives in Indianapolis, we continue to make an effort to meet up every couple of years in different places!
Groomsman
Alex and Zach met while playing volleyball shortly after Zach moved to Monterey. Alex would have the volleyball crew over to his house for game nights and it was not long until they became good friends and then roommates. Alex is always down to share a bottle of wine, go for a run, or host a party (he is very hospitable)!
Flower Girl
Addy is a bright eyed seven year old who loves to joke around with her family and climb all over her uncles. She regularly facetimes her grandma and grandpa to update them on her day! When she is not in school, she is busy playing with her little brother and sister. We are so happy she agreed to be our flower girl!
Groomsman
David and Zach met through fellow groomsman, Alex. The two of them share nonstop dad jokes and a love for long hikes. They are constantly laughing together and discussing outrageous hypothetical situations. They are just plain silly together.
Officiant
Kenny and Zach met during t-ball many years ago. The two of them are extremely silly together and always seem to be laughing. We can always count on Kenny to come help Zach with house projects that Amy makes him do. Kenny has an awesome sense of humor and we could not have asked for a better person to marry us!
Honor Attendant
Uncle Richie has always been an amazing father figure in my life. He brings light into every room he enters with his big smile. He is also a darn good cook, which the Yeoman girls are always grateful for! He always makes sure to take a bunch of pictures of his kitties and share them with me every chance he has, which I love of course! I am so honored to have him walk me down the aisle on my special day.
Father of the Groom
Mike, Zach's dad, has a one of a kind personality and sense of humor. His laugh sends echoes throughout the house. Once you convince him to play games, he will almost always get a W. Zach loves playing golf, going to rock concerts, and visiting breweries with his dad!
Mother of the Groom
Zach's mom, Teena, is one of the most supportive ladies I know! She loves to have friends and family over to the house to swim, eat, and play games together. Zach loves going to the movies, getting lunch, and scratching a few scratchers with his mom! We love her outgoing and all around caring personality.
Mother of the Bride
Mama Mary/ Saint Mary has always been one of my biggest supporters! Throughout every new and exciting change in my life she has been there to guide me. I am so very lucky to have such wonderful and selfless mom! We love to explore national parks, drink margaritas, and hang out in the garden as she teaches me about different plants.
