Maid of Honor
Sister of the bride Abby is Amy’s little sister, and since she is 7 years younger, they didn’t exactly grow up together, but Abby knew she’d want to impress her sister doing some of her “favorite things”. Anyone who knows Amy knows she loves a good dance party, and really loves her sweets. So Abby still has her 8th grade cheerleading dance memorized and busts it out to get the party started. She can also make you the perfect ice cream sundae from her days working at expedition ice cream at Blizzard Beach in Disney World, to one up Amy’s limited days as a Gerties employee!
Bridesmaid
Sister of the groom Being Tommy’s older sister, Nicole has been someone Tommy has looked up to his entire life. She always challenged and motivated him, to even follow her career in the health care field. One passion that Nicole couldn't quite pass on to Tommy was her love and passion for horses and horseback riding, but this is where Amy comes in! Amy loves all animals and horses are near the top of her favorites!
Bridesmaid
Friend of the bride Dana is Amy’s longest friend of her bridal party, from their St. Christina and Mother McAuley days, co-creator of a famous *NSYNC scrapbook, as well as Amy’s first college roommate, and co-host of a major condo 6th floor party back in the day. Dana is actually the reason Amy and Tommy met- it was at her wedding! Whether Dana’s mom gets the credit, or her, or Tommy, (or Facebook)... is TBD!
Bridesmaid
Friend of the bride Tricia and Amy met the summer going into high school while playing soccer together. They have stayed great friends throughout the last 20 years not only through their athleticism but also through their love for playing pranks on others!
Bridesmaid
Friend of the bride Erin came crashing into Amy’s life, or bathroom, at a wedding shower she hosted for a coworker at Lurie Children’s, and has stuck around ever since. Amy and Erin’s friendship has flourished through a Valentine’s Day Mexico getaway where Amy somehow contracted Margarita Dermatitis, countless trips to the cottage in Michigan where Erin’s famous Bloody Mary’s are a must; and whatever adventures they could find with Ruby and Mini. Some of the best and worst memories are from their adventures to Nashville-the most recent with both Amy AND Tommy, where Erin realized Tommy and Amy were meant to be, quite possibly before either one of them knew!!
Bridesmaid
Friend of the bride Amy and Jessica met while working together at Lurie Children’s Hospital in 2012. Even though Jessica was only in Chicago for three months on a travel assignment, their friendship has spanned many years and many states! Now that Jessica lives in Chicago, one of her favorite pastimes is having karaoke dance parties with Amy and Tommy. These typically involve a living room, a loud speaker, a few adult beverages, and classic 90s hits like N’Sync’s “Bye, Bye, Bye” and the masterpiece duet by Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand, “Tell Him”.
Bridesmaid
Cousin/Goddaughter of the bride Holly is Amy’s cousin and has been like a big sister to her ever since she was young. Amy and Holly love partaking in dance parties at the lake with Holly’s “oldies” playlist. One weekend at the Bruno’s lake house, Holly deeply bonded with Tommy when she stepped on a sharp fish tooth and Tommy dove in the water to find it. He then went on to show everyone at the lake what he had found, leaving Holly on the boat to suffer from her bleeding foot.
Best Man
Brother of the groom George and Tommy are very close even though they are 6.5 years in age difference! George is always there for Tommy and will do anything he can to help out his 'big bro.' They share a love for Chicago sports (except Tommy dropped the ball and let his younger brother become a Cubs fan - can't win them all I guess?), Marco Island, and Greek food among many other things. Hopefully this sibling wedding for George is just as fun, except a little cleaner at the end of the night. ;-)
Groomsman
Brother in law of the groom Marty has been like that older big brother Tommy never had. Marty is tall, funny, extremely handy, very patient, and an all around fun guy! Fun fact, one cannot spell Marty without A-M-Y! Tommy's parents have always been saying "Tommy, you need to find your Marty." :-)
Groomsman
Brother of the bride Adam is Amy’s only brother and has always been helpful of her decisions and supportive of her. He supported her decision to scare their little sister back in the day with a mannequin head, and helped her by giving Ruby a once in a lifetime experience at Lincoln Park Zoo (and got kicked out!) Tommy and Adam both are fellow Illini graduates, and all three have bonded over many drives to the wonderful town of Peotone.
Groomsman
Friend of the groom One of Tommy's oldest and best friends dating back to play/pre-school! Joe and Tommy were almost inseparable until college when Tommy went to Illinois and Joe went to Iowa. Even though their schools may be rivals on the field or court, their friendship has never missed a beat...well, except when Tommy tries to keep up with Joe's dancing!
Groomsman
Friend of the groom A lifelong friendship was built early in Tommy and Nick’s pharmacy school days upon David Beckham’s failed LA Galaxy stint, and Tommy’s insistence of joining in on the latest jersey fad.
Groomsman
Friend of the groom. Another one of Tommy's oldest and best childhood friends. Ryan and Tommy share a passion for good beer, comedy shows, sports (including both cheering for the often tough to root for Miami Dolphins), and comedy shows. Fun fact: Ryan, Joe, and Tommy all danced to "It's Gonna Be Me" at their 8th grade dance...their poor classmates!
Bridesman
Amy met NurseTIM4u in 2013. While on an underwater basket weaving excursion off the coast of Rio, a handsome stranger (Timothy) saved her life during a particularly dangerous session (involving a tug of war with a hatchetfish over her oak basket handle). J/K - they met at Lurie Children's. The 2 quickly bonded over Disney, Star Wars, & Britney Spears. While living 2 blocks from each other for the majority of their friendship they shared many special moments together. Amy has even seen the inside of his red room (it’s a craft closet people, settle down). Today, you can find them slaying pop diva choreo, talking in secret tongue (EVERYONE has a nickname), completing fast food chain crawls, & clavicle popping like no other! “They see each other!”, & he can’t wait to partake in the wedding fun
Flower Girl
Niece of the bride Brynn is “super excited” to say UNCLE Tommy, despite what she may say! She claims she can’t say aunt or uncle because Amy and Tommy are “so fun” and aunt and uncle takes away from that... but visiting Brynn is actually the first trip Amy and Tommy took as a couple!
Flower Girl
Niece of the Groom Cora is the youngest of the Keller kiddos. Amy and Tommy were both present together the day Cora was born! Cora is always smiling and will melt your heart with her sweetness. We can’t wait to see her be one of our flower girls!
Ring Bearer
Nephew of the groom Leo is Tommy’s godson, and part 1 of the ring security duo. Avalanche Amy and Thunder Tommy love playing with Lighting Leo in Galena! Leo loves dinosaurs, trains, and might be a little shy to get on the dance floor, but once he does, he’ll have his boogy shoes a movin’!
Ring Bearer
Nephew of the Groom Teddy is part 2 of the ring security duo. Tornado Teddy loves to play tough, has an infectious laugh, and an endless appetite for both food and fun! Teddy loves to “put some stank on” his high fives, so watch out!
Honor Attendant
Friend of the bride Amy met Jenny in 2012 when she was new to Chicago. Amy welcomed her with open arms or since Amy isn’t a hugger she welcomed her with an open invite to her social calendar! They have been close friends ever since. Annual trips to Arizona and Vegas to escape the Chicago winters, a variety of workouts that were either amazing or a hilarious flop, several girls nights to try new restaurants in the city and a text string of over 4000 photos... Tommy soon realized that he had a 7 1/2 women’s size shoe to fill, but lucky for him he’s a men’s size 10 1/2!
Usher
Friend of the groom Tommy and Dan both went to U of I, but their friendship didn’t really flourish until pharmacy school. Some would say, if it weren’t for Dan, Tommy and Amy would never have met!
