FAQs

The Wedding Website of Amy Leigh Moore and Clinton DeVault Summers III
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior. If you do run late, that’s ok! Just meet us after the ceremony in the reception space.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code but we would love to see our family & friends dressed up with us for our wedding! As always, please reserve the traditional white, ivory or cream colors for the bride.

Question

What’s the bar situation?

Answer

Since it is not really our style, we have chosen to forgo alcohol. However, we will have a couple of fun drink stations with non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be indoors with plenty of air conditioning.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot by the venue.

Question

Can we take and post photos on social media?

Answer

We can’t wait to see your photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like our photographer/videographer to capture your beautiful faces rather than your devices. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #onemooresummers so we can see them, too!

Question

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family will be taking photos with the bride & groom. Please enjoy time on the patio or reception space mingling with friends and family. There will be snacks and a couple of drink stations to enjoy. Dinner will be served around 5:30-6:00pm with cake & dancing to follow.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do have limited seating. Your invitation will be addressed to all those invited. If your invitation does not indicate you have a plus one, we kindly ask that you do not bring an additional guest, as we have not accounted for it, and there will not be seating for the additional guest.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love all of our family & friend’s children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate additional guests that were not listed on your invitation.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVPs by Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate those who do not RSVP by the date provided. Our vendors will need a final guest count by a certain date. If you do not reply by May 4, 2024, you will be marked as “regretfully decline”. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation with gathering our guest count and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to just have your presence at our wedding but if you wish to give us a gift we are registered at Amazon, Walmart and on Zola. Click over to our “registry” tab and you will find all 3 there.
