On a beautiful crisp January night, we went on our first date at a brewery in Phoenix. The date went so well that the next three nights were spent on our second, third, and fourth dates. We have had such a fun time learning about each other and being a part of each others lives. Hailee learned that techno music is a very large part of Amudhan's life, and in turn, hers. Amudhan learned that Hailee likes to live in Southern Illinois and Texas at the same time. He never thought he would get to see so much countryside. Almost three years later, we took our first solo trip to a city we had never visited, New Orleans. Enter, THE ENGAGEMENT!! At Pat O'Brien's piano bar, while Hailee was just singing her heart out to the dueling pianos, Amudhan requested "Make you feel my love," the song she always sings to him and out came "Hey babe, do you want to marry me?"
