It is on October 21, 2022 which is a Friday so please plan accordingly!
The ceremony and reception will both be at Olde Dobbin Station in Montgomery, TX. 2849 Old Dobbin Rd. Montgomery, TX 77316
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to park and comfortably find a seat. *No guests will be able to enter the chapel once the ceremony has begun.*
Cocktail attire/Semi-formal. As in, not black tie, but please no jeans! ☺️
On the RSVP tab here on Zola, we have listed out the person or persons who are included with your invitation. We kindly ask that those be the only guests in attendance.
Seeing as how we both have kiddos in our immediate families, we are having a kid friendly wedding! We just kindly ask that you keep them close by and keep an eye on them because we definitely don’t want any littles getting into trouble. Thanks!
The venue has its own lot which offers plenty of free parking.
George Bush Intercontinental Airport is the closest.
Yes, please visit the accommodations tab to view the hotels!
This one is important. We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask very kindly that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for her to capture. (We’ve all seen the pictures. Please don’t be that person.) Our photographer will capture everything beautifully and we will post photos for all to see after. ☺️ After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you would like! Make sure to tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #happilyjimenez22
Everything will take place indoors.
There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony while the wedding party and family take photos.
Please do! We want to make sure everyone gets a delicious meal. We will have a vegan option to accommodate vegetarians and vegans. If you have an additional dietary restriction or allergy, there is a place to notify us of this when you RSVP here on Zola. I can then put a request in with the caterer.
It will be an open bar to a limit, and then it will turn into a cash bar so please bring cash if you intend to drink. It is not BYOB. **Please do not bring in outside alcohol as it is a violation of our contract.**
Transportation will not be provided to and from the hotels so we ask that people either drive themselves or carpool with others if need be. There will be plenty of parking available at the venue. Also, we kindly ask that since transportation will not be provided at the end of the night, people be mindful of their alcohol consumption because the safety of our guests is priority for us.
Yes. We are registered at Target, Amazon, and Bed, Bath and Beyond. We also have a cash fund on our registry here on Zola if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund. We have compiled everything into one registry here on Zola though to make it easier. You can access this under the Registry tab.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience! It will also have card and honeymoon fund boxes as well.
Please click on the "RSVP" link at the top of the page. Please note: ONLY enter your first and last name (i.e. no "Ms." or "Mr.", etc.) Please note: If your invitation names a guest, they will be included in your RSVP. If your invitation states “The ____ Family”, you will see your party and who is included in your RSVP. Please RSVP for each individual so we can plan accordingly.
Please RSVP by September 16, 2022!
You can submit your RSVP multiple times. So we kindly ask that if you do find yourself needing to change your answer to please do so that way we are notified of the change. Meaning if you’ve previously RSVP’d yes but closer to the wedding need to change it to no (or vise versa), just do the exact same thing you did the first time with your new answer. Just please try to avoid changing after the RSVP deadline date if possible so we can plan for an accurate head count as we get closer.
We are not requiring guests to wear masks, but we completely respect those who would like to. We won’t be providing any though, so if you do want to wear one, please make sure to bring your own.
