We met through mutual friends. Amelia knew Pat's brother, Matt, a couple years before knowing Pat. Amelia and Pat have crossed paths many times before, but never really talked until 2022. Halloween 2022 we started talking at our friends Halloween party. We did a group costume and all dressed as people from Harry Potter. It was a slow moving relationship for the next time we talked was at our friends Friendsgiving Party. However, we barely talked because Amelia was coming straight from work and was late. Things really started moving at our friends White Elephant Party. During this party we shared our first kissed!

Amelia and her friends went to a concert in Philly close the New Years Eve in 2023. Pat was invited at the last second, so Amelia didn't know he was coming. When we all arrived at the hotel in Philly Amelia was so surprised and happy to see that Pat was invited as well. During this weekend Amelia and Pat continued to talk and blossom our relationship together. We stayed in Philly for the New Year and shared our New Year's Eve kiss together.

Our first official vacation we planned together was to Cancun at the end of March 2023. We stayed in a resort for a week and it was paradise. We toured the city of Chichen Itza and went to the Cenote, a natural fresh water pit, saw fire dancing, and relaxed at our all inclusive resort. In Cancun we also said I love You to each other. Pat took Amelia to the beach after seeing the Fire Dancing and we went up and sat in the lifeguard hut. Pat said I love you first, but Amelia was close to saying it first. Our love blossomed for each other more after that!
