Friday Morning Activity

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Feel free to walk around The Preserve with Amelia or play disc golf with Nick! Also check out Things to Do for more activities. There is clay shooting at 9AM and golfing with father of the bride at 8AM - sign up on Things to Do page by 9/6/23.

Friday Afternoon Activity

1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Dress for the activity

Organized game of capture the flag at the field next to the pool pavilion from 1:30PM led by members of the wedding party followed by a 3PM pool party! Also check out Things to Do for more activities. There is fly fishing at 1 PM - sign up on Things to Do page by 9/6/23.

Rehearsal Dinner

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual or Dressy Casual

The event will be held at the Pool Pavilion across the pond from the Main Pavilion. The menu is a Taco Bar with vegetarian and meat options. There will be non-alcoholic drinks and a few kegs as well!

Saturday Morning Activity

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

The ceremony site is outside on grass so consider your shoes! It is located up the hill behind the Pool Pavilion and there will be shuttles from The Grand Lodge for those who would rather ride (about 1/4 of a mile). There will be a cocktail hour following the ceremony and buffet dinner at the reception with Vegetarian and Meat options.
