Covid was starting, and online dating was about the only way to meet anyone. Things started slowly, neither of us were travelling, so it really gave us a chance to get to know each other. As time progressed, and we did more and more things together, including Nathan dragging Amelia up a rock wall more than once, we figured out life could be pretty great together. Before Nathan left for deployment, we got the opportunity to quarantine together and we realized we were in love. From there, it only got better. Thankfully, the Air Force likes to change plans which helped motivate us to set a timeline so that Amelia can join Nathan in England where we will start our lives together.

Nathan and Amelia are preparing for the big move to England. The movers will be packing up all household goods on June 12, so it would be great if you plan on mailing a gift or purchasing on the registry that it could be delivered by then. Otherwise, we are not entirely sure when we will be able to get it moved (obviously, depending on the size). On June 23, Nathan and Amelia will be departing on a road trip to visit family and do a bit of camping along the way. There will be another celebration in Chicago area for the Misenheimer side of the family, but all are welcome. July 25 is the official departure date leaving the wonderful United States for a new adventure in England! Right now (we are still looking for a place) but we plan on living in Bury St. Edmunds which is about 20 minutes from the airbase and just under 2 hours from London.
