The shuttle will be available to guests staying at the room block hotels. Please note guests staying at the Marriott can board the shuttle at the Hilton (across the parking lot) and guests at the Preston House may board the shuttle at the Hyatt (across the street). Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead

We have set up a room block at this hotel for guests of the wedding. To book a room and receive the group rate, please click "view" below to access the reservation link. Please note as it is a holiday weekend, there is a two night minimum stay. The rooms are available for up to three nights at the discounted rate if you wish to stay the entire weekend. A shuttle will be provided to take guests from the Hilton to the Vineyards at Aquebogue and back the night of the wedding. Group rate: $299-309 per night

The Preston House & Hotel

We have set up a room block at this hotel for guests of the wedding. To book a room and receive the group rate, please call the Preston House directly and ask for the Conner Wedding Group. Please note as it is a holiday weekend, there is a two night minimum stay. The rooms are available for up to three nights at the discounted rate if you wish to stay the entire weekend. Group rate: $469 (fri/sat) and $389 (sunday) per night.

Residence Inn by Marriott Long Island East End

Please note we do not have a room block for this hotel so there is no group pricing/discount code. However, it is right next door to the Hilton so guests staying at the Marriott will also be able to take the provided shuttle to the venue on the night of the wedding.

If you are looking to book an Airbnb or other rental we recommend the Riverhead/Jamesport area, as that is closest to the venue.

Late Night Chauffeurs

Late Night Chauffeurs is a driving service that will pick you up at an event and drive you home in your own car. You can download their app "Late Night Chauffeurs" on your smartphone to make an account and book a reservation. Please keep in mind reservations must be made in advance, especially for a holiday weekend.

Hyatt Place Long Island/East End

Please note we do not have a room block for this hotel so there is no group pricing/discount code. It is a good option if our room blocks become filled due to its proximity to the venue. Guests at the Hyatt will also be able to take the provided shuttle to the venue on the night of the wedding.
