Kyle was born and raised in New Jersey, and Amber was a South Florida girlie. Even though we grew up thousands of miles apart, it was ultimately our love for the beautiful Florida State University that brought us together. Go Noles!!! Kyle did not actually attend FSU, shocking I know, but was visiting a friend (shoutout Hunter Ellington) in the fall of 2016. Fatefully, Amber's Thursday plans took her to the same fraternity house where Kyle was at. With the help of Madeline Steel, the rest is history. We danced at Standard, drank Gordo Smashes and got late night chicken fingers from Guthrie's. As time went on, Kyle ended up visiting FSU more frequently - this time to see Amber. Our love story continued during this time, and after graduation Amber moved to the Big Apple.

Kyle planned an unbelievable trip to Italy in August of 2023. Our first stop of the trip we were staying at the Grand Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio, Lake Como. Before dinner, Kyle found a secluded spot overlooking the lake and the unbelievable mountains in the distance. He got down on one knee, and Amber jumped into his arms before she realized she should look at the ring or needed to say "yes!". Our engagement took place on August 19th, 2023 (Amber's dad's birthday) - which was also the date he asked Amber to be his girlfriend five years prior.
