When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 11th so we can ensure we can give our final numbers to our venues in time for their deadlines. Please note we absolutely need to receive all RSVPs by this time. Any RSVP’s not received by March 11th we will have to mark as declined or no response for our final guest count. Please make sure to RSVP because we would love to see you all in May! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us 💕

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Something Blueberry Wedding Barn in Bangor, MI. You can find the address here: 45143 28th Ave, Bangor, MI 49013

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the entrance of the venue property on the grass. It is located immediately to the left of the entrance in the roped off sections. Our wedding ceremony will take place in a wooded area at the far end of the property. If you need assistance walking on potentially rough terrain, please let us know.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be taking place in the beautiful woods at the back of the property. The walk there meanders through a beautiful field that eventually leads to the cute benches at our ceremony space. Please plan your footwear accordingly. Our reception will take place in the barn inside. In the event of rough weather, our ceremony will move inside as well.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please reserve the colors white and sky blue for the wedding party. Otherwise the dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos for about an hour. Please join us for drinks, small snacks, lawn games, and our photo booth at the barn followed by dinner, dancing, and s’mores.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive a half hour- an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone has enough time to walk to the ceremony space.

Are kids Invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event as we will be having an open bar and have a strict guest limit from our venue. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Please note that only children in our wedding party will be allowed to attend as our venue has a strict guest limit.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We have a strict guest list in order to follow our guest count set by the venue and budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those noted on your invitation.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Please have your phones turned off and put away for our wedding ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer, who can capture our day while we enjoy our moment together with you. Don't worry, we have a crew of photographers and a videographer to capture the whole day, so we'll have professional photos and a video to share with you after the event! After the wedding ceremony, feel free to take as many photos at our reception as you want! We can’t wait to see the memories you capture at our event!
