Welcome to Our Happily Ever After

There was an apple tree between two college apartments. Bright, green, delicious apples, just waiting to be plucked and turned into a heartwarming cobbler. After weeks of watching these apples grow, Amber decided that today was the day that she would help them reach their full potential. She went out excitedly, gathered the shiny ripe fruits and eagerly ran back inside her apartment to make a treat. She had everything she needed: the apples, flour, sugar…but alas, she had no mixing bowl! In all the hustle and bustle of getting her apartment set up, she had forgotten an essential in this baking adventure. She went next door and knocked, hoping someone was home and that they had a mixing bowl she could borrow. The door opened, and before her stood a tall, handsome man with a vacuum in hand and a light smile on his face. After a heart fluttering introduction and a handshake, Amber went back to her apartment, mixing bowl in hand, and made the cobbler. Later, she brought Justin some to enjoy. Justin opened the door that day and let Amber borrow a bowl. Little did he know, he had also opened up a lifetime of love and stolen Amber’s heart in the process. Some people don’t believe in love at first sight, or in destiny, but we do. We know firsthand that dreams really do come true, and that once upon a time can turn into happily ever after.
