Question
Will I need a babysitter?
Answer
Absolutely! Although we adore your little ones, respectfully, the reception will be adults only. We hope that you’ll be able to have a fun and relaxed night off. Eat, drink, dance, just don’t fall into the koi pond 😉

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to the size of the venue we have to accommodate for a strict guest count. The number of seats we have reserved for your party will be noted when you access your RSVP portal. Please do not add any guests to your count, as there will not be room for unaccounted guests.

But, what do I wear?
Answer
We ask that guests wear formal attire such as, long dresses, dressy separates, or suit and tie. Cocktail length dresses are also fine. Ladies please avoid wearing white or white adjacent. Please also note that jeans, sneakers, and shorts are not permitted. Let’s all have fun playing dress up ☺️

What if I can’t make it to the wedding?
Answer
No worries at all. We understand that not all of our loved ones will be able to attend due to other commitments or restraints. Please do not feel bad. We kindly ask that you let us know by no later than the RSVP date indicated on your invitation so we can update our caterer in a timely fashion.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by no later than August 31st, unless otherwise indicated. If we do not have an RSVP by that date we will have to assume that unfortunately your party is unable to attend.

Outside or Inside?
Answer
Weather permitting the ceremony will take place outside in the garden. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place inside the greenhouse, which is generally kept warm for the plants. Out of town guests, be advised that Fall in New England means warm days and cool night.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Guests should arrive no later than 5:15pm so that you have time to grab a seat before the ceremony begins

Will there be transportation?
Answer
Yes! We will be running a shuttle from Hotel Province to the venue and back. Times of this shuttle can be found in the accommodations tab.
Question
I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes please make us aware of any food allergies so that we can update our caterer accordingly! Don’t want anyone getting sick ☺️

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes for your convenience, there is a link to our registry right on the site! Just see the tab labeled registry. You can also choose to send gifts directly to our home if that makes things easier.
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! The night before the wedding there will be a Welcome Soirée that is open to everyone! This will take place at our hotel. Please make sure to RSVP to this event along with the wedding in the RSVP portal, so that we can have the correct guest count for the caterer.
