The bride and groom will be staying at the Lodges at Cresthaven Resort and would love for all our friends and family to join us there! We’ve got a fun-filled weekend planned, with activities at the resort the day before and after the wedding (timeline to come!). Here’s the scoop on the lodges: 1️⃣ Lodge Style Hotel: Each lodge accommodates 4-6 guests, so it’s perfect for sharing with friends or family. 2️⃣ Lodge Options: Choose between the Traditional Lodges (~$3,000 total) or the Oak Tree Lodges (~$3,350 total). Both are two bedroom, two bathroom with a kitchen and living room that includes a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. Oak Tree has 2 king bedrooms vs Traditional which has 1 king bedroom, and 1 bedroom with either a queen bed with bunk or 2 singles. Please visit their website to look at the virtual tours to see which style you prefer. 3️⃣ Minimum Stay: There is a Three-Night Minimum Stay here which is perfect for making the most out of the wedding & holiday weekend. 4️⃣ Shuttle Service: While the resort is the neighboring property to our wedding venue, we’ll have a shuttle running to and from the venue only from Cresthaven (shuttle details to come!). 5️⃣ How to Book: Call the resort directly at 518-668-3332 ext 0 and let them know you’re part of the Zach Turtz group to secure a discounted rate. 6️⃣ Book ASAP: This resort doesn’t hold room blocks, so lodges will fill up quickly. Hotel
If the 3-night minimum at the Lodges at Cresthaven doesn’t work for you, there are plenty of other options in the area! Some nearby accommodations include The Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Courtyard Marriott. These are convenient choice for a shorter stay. Please note that the wedding shuttle will only run to and from the Cresthaven Resort. If you choose to stay at a different location, it will be up to you to arrange your transportation to and from the wedding. No matter where you stay, we’re so excited to celebrate with you and share this unforgettable weekend.
Flight
For the easiest trip, we suggest flying into Albany International Airport—just a quick 50-minute drive to the venue! If Albany doesn’t work for you, Newark Airport is another option. Keep in mind, though, that the drive is about 3 hours, depending on traffic. No matter which airport you choose, you’ll likely need to rent a car to make the journey. But hey, with those scenic views, the drive will be part of the adventure!
Train
Amtrak is a great option for those that prefer alternate means of transportation. There is a nonstop express train from NYC Penn Station to Saratoga Springs, NY.
