I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely - Please let us know what you need in advance and we will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be free and on-site at the Cleveland Botanical Garden. We will also have arranged transportation for guests staying at preferred hotels - stay tuned for more details.

Question

Are we allowed to explore the botanical gardens when we arrive?

Answer

Yes - the entirety of the botanical gardens will be open to our guests until 11pm. We highly encourage guests to explore the rose garden, herb garden (where we got fresh herbs for drinks & dinner!), and the indoor glasshouse with permanent installations for the spiny desert of Madagascar and the tropical forests of Costa Rica. Enjoy!

Will there be transportation to the Gardens?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided to transport guests from the Westin and Kimpton-Schofield hotels to the venue and back from the reception. The Glidden is within walking distance to the Botanical Gardens.
