Before covid shutdown in late April of 2020, Travis and Amanda met, went on their first date with hours of laughing, almost getting kicked out of the state park, getting to know each other and the rest is history! Many long nights at the farm, spending time together and falling in love, now after almost 3 years they’re getting hitched. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all, see you in June 2023!
It’s no secret that Travis and Amanda fell for each other hard. Spending so much time together on the farm and traveling about doing what they both enjoyed. By the nearing end of 2021, Travis began having his serious conversations with Amanda’s parents and family members that he was ready to pop the question. Come December 31st 2021, the day was here and he was ready to drop to one knee to make it happen. Amanda was finishing farm chores and came down to their newly renovated house on the family farm opening the door to their favorite song playing and a beautiful scene of carnations and candles lighting up the house. Of course she said yes and the planning started. There’s a big significance to the date chosen to get engaged. The ring used is a family heirloom from Travis side that was designed and engraved by his great grandfather. Travis is a man all about his family and knew what way he wanted to honor them all while asking for the hand of his future wife.
