What safety precautions will be taken at the wedding due to COVID-19?

Answer

The White Magnolia has a capacity of 300 guests indoors, where both the ceremony and reception will take place. At 50% capacity in phase 2, the venue has made preparations for 150 guests to be indoors at one time, while also opening up the side porches for ceremony and reception seating. The venue is doing their very best to ensure the smoothest and safest transition to follow the Governor’s orders. There will be hand sanitizers throughout the venue and masks available if you decide you’d like to wear one. Thank you for choosing to celebrate with us! Much love.

How many guests are expected to attend?

Answer

As of 6/22, a total of 228 guests have responded "yes" to attending our wedding. This guest count is well-within the venue's maximum capacity, however, the current situation warrants some restrictions and changes. While we are very excited to have all of you come, the flow of the night and number of guests indoors will be monitored by the venue's provided security and event coordinators. There will be ample room on both porches for guests to comfortably move in and out of the ceremony/reception space.
