two hearts become one

From the first time they met, till the day Jr got down on one knee it has been a real fairytale! Our story begins July 4, 2010. We were in Columbus, IN when some friends went out at 4 am in search for some smores ingredients. From that day on we became best friends the person that would never judge, that person to help out in life's situations, that person that you can lean on no matter what. As many know our love story didn't begin till August 9, 2020 when Jr first kissed Mandi under the stars. When they finally felt those sparks, Jr asked Ray (Mandi's Dad) permission to date his Daughter and Ray said Absolutely! Jr surprised Mandi and took her to Olive Garden in Beachwood, Oh on August 17, 2020. On this day Jr asked if Mandi would be his girlfriend and Mandi said "of course". By November 13th the happy couple decided to combined their families and start building their life in a townhome in Columbus, IN. On Christmas eve of 2020 Jr ask Ray, for the second time, for is permission. Only this time it was for Mandi's hand in marriage. Of course Ray thought Jr was "man enough" and they headed inside where Jr got down on one knee and said "You know I have loved you for a long time, Will you be my wife?" Mandi was so surprised all she could say is "UHHH YEAH!" Lori was shocked and assumed we weren't talking about cheeseburgers. Mamaw was crying, and Amber and Kaity were planning a summer wedding with short dresses and barefeet. On October 15, 2021 they moved into their First Home in Columbus and have been living in love and planning the day they become one! #HarmonupinSmolk
