While we would love to have everyone we possible could at our wedding, please only RSVP for those listed under your party when you RSVP.

We would love to celebrate with the whole family, but we ask you leave your little ones at home. Take this opportunity to have a date night and enjoy yourselves.

No, we have lived together for quite sometime and have everything we need. If you would like to give a gift, a card box will be out by our Guest book at the wedding. We are currently saving for our first home together.

We will have a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony with hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be served during the reception, to include BBQ (chicken, brisket, Jalapeño Cheddar sausage) sides, dessert and a late night snack!

Cocktail attire- A suit or dress shirt with tie is suggested. A midi-or knee- length or longer dress or dressy separates are also welcome.

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors on grass, as weather premits. The path to walk to the ceremony is gravel, please check the weather it could be cooler as the night goes on. The reception is under a tent with walls, on concrete.

We plan to start the ceremony promptly at 4:30 PM. Feel free to arrive early, grab a beverage before finding you seat.

Transportation from The Hilton Garden Inn will be available via The Fredericksburg Trolley Service. Starting at 3:15 PM. Return service will start at 9:30 PM for those guest that would like to leave early.

Yes, parking is available at the venue.
