Amanda and Dan first met through Amanda's brother Adam in 2019. Over the next few years they would remain friends and attend gatherings together, they both knew there was a special bond between them but never took a chance at the unknown. Dan would always tell Amanda, “one day I’ll marry you” or often tell her brother Adam, “I’m going to marry your sister one day”. As we all know life can quickly change, Amanda and Dan chose to go their separate ways. Continuing to navigate through life they both knew something was missing in their lives. In 2023 Amanda had reached out to Dan needing a ride home after a Whitetail banquet knowing he was close and having a little shimmer of hope Dan answered, they went back to the first place they met back in 2019 what was once then the cornerstone and that’s when they decided to jump together with both feet first! ❤️ They are absolutely inseparable, the love they share for each other is like reading a fairytale in a book, the values they hold together are many you do not often hear anymore. 2023 was full of many adventures and memories including camping at our permanent spot every weekend with family and fishing any chance we had. Traveling to Northern Minnesota for a 3 day fishing trip. Sitting in the pouring rain together, opening weekend of Turkey season. Purchasing a fishing boat together. Bow and Shotgun hunting together when the time was available. Getting engaged was our best memory of 2023!
