We met at a bar called Congress in downtown Providence all thanks to our good friend Ali. The night before Ali had met these two guys at the same bar and told them to come back the next day because she was having it open up early for her 5k race team. Chris thought whats better than beer before noon and joined his friend the next day. Ali was shocked when they actually showed up! So all dressed up in pink from head to toe Amanda and Ali went over to chat with the guys... this turned into our Sunday funday tradition!

On our trip to Martha's Vineyard to celebrate Chris's birthday we were exploring the beautiful beaches and Chris was oddly obsessed with finding these large rock formations. We went to at least three different beaches before we finally found the spot he had been searching for. Although it was not as grand of a formation as he saw in his research (who knew social media could be misleading) he insisted we stop to take a video of us because no one was around to take our picture. It will be great because later we can screenshot the different poses and have them as pictures... to my surprise during our photoshoot I turned and Chris was down on one knee. I was elated and said "Yes!" Chris even had a wave get him while he was down waiting for my answer! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
