Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the St. Regis Resort, 2000 New River Inlet Rd., NTB. The ceremony will be on the beach & reception will be held immediately after at Ocean's Edge Event Center, St. Regis, building 2 - level 7. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside at the Ocean's Edge Event Center.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is Beach Formal. Typical temperature for this time is a breezy 70°. Ladies - formal/cocktail dress, suit, or jumpsuit all work for a beach formal wedding. Gents - suit or a long-sleeved shirt and tie with a jacket and slacks.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?
Answer
Since the ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue, no transportation will be provided. There is ample parking at the resort for the celebration! Please stay safe, Uber is available on the island!

How do I RSVP?
Answer
We can't wait for you to celebrate with us! Invitations will be sent in April so travel plans can be made. With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return, or feel free to visit the RSVP tab and let us know your plans right here on our website! Response requested by 9.1.23.

Can I bring my children? Will there be a babysitter?
Answer
We love your kids but thought you might enjoy a night off. We have hired a babysitter so get ready to party! Please let us know how many children, age, and food allergies. The children will be having fun off-site!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Answer
North Topsail Beach does have a limited number of beach wheelchairs available for sand use. Please let us know if one is needed as they are available on a first come, first serve basis. The reception at Ocean's Edge is wheelchair accessible by elevator.
Question
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We will have a passed hors d'oeuvers cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner. We want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about any dietary needs. Open bar....cheers!
