When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The bride and groom kindly request your response by June 30th, 2024 as our venue has strict deadlines for our guest list. Please complete your RSVP by scanning the QR code included in your invitation or head over to the RSVP tab to submit your response. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you all. Please note that this is a formal event, therefore formal attire is required. No sneakers, jeans, or casual wear will be permitted. To help us avoid clashing colors with our wedding party, we kindly request that our guests avoid wearing white, navy blue or green colors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We regret to announce that due to a strict guest list and limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate any plus 1's or additional guests beyond the number of guests written on your invitation. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have a number of different food stations and main course options available for our guests. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction and need a special accommodation, please do not hesitate to reach out to the bride and groom. We will do our best to accommodate you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Both our ceremony and reception will take place at The Watermill. There will be free valet service available on site for your convenience.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We wish to utilize every second of our special day accordingly. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at 6:30pm.

Are children allowed to attend this event?

Answer

Children are not permitted to attend our ceremony or reception. We appreciate your respect and understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have partnered with the Holiday Inn Express - Hauppauge to provide rooms for our guests at a discounted rate. Head over to our "Hotel Rooms" tab where you will find our booking code for our special rate. Please keep in mind that our big day falls on Labor Day weekend. Rooms are limited and rates are subject to increase based on availability. It is imperative that you book your room before our deadline which is July 31st, 2024. After this date, we cannot guarantee room availability or use of our discounted rate. If you have any questions regarding booking a room, please reach out to the bride and groom. Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in or outside our venue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Will there be alcohol at this event?

Answer

Our open bar is available for all guests 21+ with proper identification. Please drink responsibly!
