Madalyn, my cousin, and big "sister". Since we were born, Madalyn and I have had a very close bond. She has supported Nate and me throughout our relationship, witnessing the growth of our love over the last almost 9 years. Since I was a young child, Madalyn and I have been planning my wedding, and we have always envisioned my perfect day. I cherish my close relationship with Madalyn as she has always served as a role model in my life. I couldn't bear the thought of not having her by my side on my wedding day, so I asked Madalyn to be my maid of honor.

Seth Adam Roy

Best Man

My best friend, Seth. Seth and I met each other during our freshman year of college. We became good friends throughout Junior year and ended up renting a house with a few other roommates our senior year. Seth, I, and our roommates would spend a lot of time together having fun during the weekends, skiing at Mt. Hood, and fishing. I got to know Seth really well throughout our final year at George Fox. In fact, we became so close that I am happy to call Seth a "brother from another mother." Over the years, he has been a great friend to me; he is a brother and someone who I can always go to for support. I am incredibly thankful to have Seth Roy there on my wedding day to stand next to me as one of my best men. "Check it out" (Dr. Steve Brule)

Lexie, my best friend. We met in college while we were both studying at George Fox. She has had a significant impact on both my life, and Nate's, and our relationship. Lexie and I even had the opportunity to be roommates in college while we completed our bachelor's together. Lexie is a loyal, genuine, and supportive best friend. Lexie is someone I look up to, and she has a positive influence on my life. Lexie has seen Nate and I grow as a couple and as individuals throughout our relationship. I also asked Lexie to be my maid of honor as I love her and could not imagine not having her by my side on my special day.

Alyssa's brother and one of my best friends. Tristan and I met through Alyssa when I was seventeen, and Tristan was thirteen. We got along very well as we enjoy some of the same hobbies, such as fishing during the many summers, and share a similar sense of humor. Tristan, Alyssa's brother would become one of my best friends through my relationship with Alyssa. Again, Tristan is someone I call, "a brother from another mother." Tristan has always been there for me and we share an incredible bond that will be even closer when Tristan becomes my actual brother through this marriage.
