It's 2016- drinking games and dating apps are all the craze. What are 2 college kids to do when they are home for the summer and all of their "home" friends have super cool plans... Play drinking games with their siblings and swipe right on Tinder, OBVIOUSLY. For clarification, Dana gets a major shout out for finding Jeff while playing Tinder Roulette. Jeff and Alyssa met at Marlowe's Tavern in the Avalon. After a few afternoon drinks, she was surprisingly not bored by this Georgia Tech Nerd and he was okay with the fact that she is an overgrown toddler still obsessed with Disney where she planned to spend the following 6 months. A few drinks turned into hours in the same two bar stools talking about their colleges, favorite things, and of course Alyssa's obsession with Disney. Over dinner, he discussed his job and cutting edge technology that went over her head, but was quite interesting (Spoiler: it is still interesting and also over her head, but what isn't when you are 5 foot nothing). After drinks that turned into lunch, and lunch that turned into dinner, Jeff won major brownie points by asking Alyssa to see The Jungle Book because a 6 hour first date was clearly not long enough. They quickly began spending everyday together hanging by the pool or trying new restaurants because Cumming, GA is the Landmark City of Boredom for those in their twenties. After years of living together in 2 states, many vacations (mostly to Disney), and millions of memories, Jeff proposed at her favorite place- Walt Disney World. 2 years later, they are finally tying the knot. They cannot wait to celebrate with all their loved ones, but mostly their Perfect Princess- Riley McKay.
