Wilkes-Barre/Avoca (AVP)

This is definitely the closest airport to the venue BUT it can get kind of pricey if you don't plan ahead. I would suggest setting a travel alert for the AVP Wilkes Barre Airport because there are deals that pop up once in a while. They can range from $250-$550. You can also fly into Philly, JFK, or Newark but those would require a rental car and around a 2 hour drive depending on which airport you choose. NOTE: The ceremony will start at 4pm on Saturday so please keep that in mind when you choose your flights and hotel/sleeping accommodations. I would recommend flying in on Friday.

Travel Note

Camp with us!

We are planning to spend the night at the farm doing our favorite thing, camping! We'll have a fire, snacks, music, etc! You are welcome to camp on the property with us overnight but if camping is not your thing there are also Lyfts/Ubers to get you back to your hotel or Airbnb. There are a couple of glamping tents and a yurt that is currently being built. If you are interested in either of those, let us know and we'll check if they are still available!

NOTE: If you are only planning to stay one night, Saturday, then I would recommend inquiring about an early check in because the ceremony will be at 4pm and their original check in time is at 4pm as well.

Rental Cars // Lyfts

If you are choosing to rent an AirBnb, there are Lyfts and Ubers in the area but you can also rent a car if you'd like! Lyft Estimates: $55 from Airport to Wallenpaupack, depending on where you stay I would expect $10-$20 dollars from AirBnb to Venue. Rental Car Estimate for the weekend (Friday to Sunday): Reserve now for ~$120 total or pay later for ~$50/day.

We do not have a block of rooms here but if you'd like to dabble in a little black jack, penny machines, etc then this is the place for you. Keep in mind we do have Lyft and Uber in the area for your transportation needs!
