We met through mutual friends who were dating at the time. One day my friend uploaded a photo of us and he ended up seeing it. He then reached out and we talked for a few months. After we started talking I quickly realized he was different in the best way possible. We decided to meet in person and the rest was history. I became his girlfriend October 8, 2012 after he met my family and i met his. 11 years later and here we are finally getting married!

On our 10th anniversary he surprised me with a private helicopter ride over Dallas. It was AMAZING and so beautiful seeing everything from above and experiencing that with him. He then said were going to a rooftop restaurant in Dallas. We then reached the parking garage which didn't seem out of the normal since it is Dallas. He then says "don't be alarmed, but i gotta blindfold you. I still didn't think much of it, because my parents were "out of town". We then go into the elevator and as soon as it opens i hear "A Thousand years" by Christina Perri. I walk out still blindfolded and as soon as i take it off i see Christian on one knee. He is surrounded by a big "WILL YOU MARRY ME" sign in the back with candles all around us and he say's "will you marry me?" i then yell "YES!!". I then notice all our family and friends around us and it was the most perfect day ever!
