Pensacola is the home of the Blue Angels, the US Navy's performing jets! This museum has a ton of retired airplanes and memorabilia from past wars. The Naval base is also a beautiful location on the water with a golf course and lighthouse as well!
Fort Pickens is a national park on the beach. It does require a fee to enter, but the beaches and sand dunes are untouched and much less crowded if you are looking for a quiet getaway.
Palafox Street houses Pensacola's "downtown" area with several restaurants, bars, and shops. If you're not a beach person, this is a great opportunity to explore back on the mainland.
Let's just say, Alyson has spent A LOT of late nights at this location. Seville Quarter is one-square-block consisting of several bars, including a piano bar, 2 live music areas, karaoke, bar games, and a dance club. We may try and schedule this in for the entire party, but if not, it's worth checking out if you are making a vacation out of your stay.
