Things To Do
San Clemente State Beach
Spend some time on one of California's beautiful beaches. Here you can Beach, Beach, and keep Beaching until you're burnt to a crisp (please wear sunscreen). It's a nice place to take dip into the Pacific Ocean. We will be going here on Saturday afternoon as well for whoever wants to join!
Avienda Del Mar
The Downtown Area of San Clemente is very nice! Lots of shops, restaurants and deserts. You can also walk from here down to the beach :)
San Clemente Pier
With beautiful views and the possible Seal sightings, taking a walk to the end of the pier is a really nice experience! There is also some food and shopping at the front of the pier.
Dana Point Preserve
This nature preserve is a beautiful walk through a protected peninsula in Dana Point. You can see Seals, Sea Lions, Dolphins, and lots of other wildlife! Beware of Rattlesnakes, but that can be said for anywhere you are in Southern California.
Dana Point Caves
The Dana Point Caves are inside the Dana Point Preserve and they are quite the sight to see! You can walk inside, take some pics, and even get your feet wet.
Sea Summit Trail - North El Camino Real Trailhead
This is a nice walking trail/hike along the coast. It can be as little as 1 mile or as long as 5! Dealers choice.
Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens
Ole Hanson's original estate is seated in the hills above the pier. You can explore this historic, Spanish style estate from 11am to 4pm. Highly pictureable.
