Question
Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are very limited on how many people we can accommodate. We ask that unless your +1 was specifically invited on your invitation, that you respectfully refrain from bringing them.

Is there an age limit for the guests?
Answer
We are asking that all guests be 21+ years old. Unless specifically invited, please do not bring a guest under 21 years of age.

Where is the wedding party staying?
Answer
The wedding party, bride and groom will be staying at the Heceta Lighthouse Keepers home. All other guests will need to book a hotel or Airbnb. Please see the Hotel/Home Rentals tab for some recommendations!

Where do I book a hotel?
Answer
There are recommendations provided on the Hotel/Home Rentals tab. We did not book a hotel block! Don't feel obligated to rent one of the recommended options.

Why didn't you book a hotel block?
Answer
We have family traveling from all over, a lot of working parts and know that everyone has different preferences on sleep arrangements. We figured it would be easiest for everyone to book however/wherever they would like.

Where will the ceremony and reception be?
Answer
We will be having the reception and ceremony at the Lighthouse Keepers Home, in the yard.

What kind of weather should I expect?
Answer
With average temperatures hovering around the low 70s, Florence in September can be really nice. Dress comfortably with a light jacket or sweater and some warm clothes when traveling outside during the day. September is one of the wettest months of the year in Florence and it's often cloudy with some rain.

How do I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
There is limited parking at the lighthouse and lighthouse keeper's home. We recommend taking the shuttle bus that we will have scheduled. Please view the Weekend Schedule tab for details on the shuttle bus. You may also Uber/Lyft. Keep in mind that Florence is a small coastal town, and rideshare services may be limited.

Where will the shuttle bus pick me up?
Answer
The shuttle bus pick-up is TBD. Depending on where guests stay, we will try to find a pick-up up location convenient for the majority.

Where will the shuttle drop me off?
Answer
The shuttle will drop you off at the same location that it picked you up from. The shuttle pick-up location is TBD.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
There are two ways to RSVP. You can mark off and mail back the RSVP card that you received in your invitation, or you can RSVP right here on Zola! Follow the RSVP tab for instructions. Please note you can only RSVP names that are on our Invite list. Please refrain from bringing a +1 unless specified on your Invitation, or if you talk to us!
