It is a busy weekend in Rockford, and we're being advised hotels are booking quickly. We've added more options below, but unfortunately will not be able to offer a discount on the rooms. Air BnB might be a great option to look into as well!
We recommend booking your stay at the Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront, as it is the closest to our venue. We have a limited number of block rooms available, so please reach out quickly! The room block cut off date is 6/9/21. If you happen to miss out on the block price, we would still recommend trying to get a room at this hotel.
Our second choice is the Hilton Garden Inn - Rockford. This hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive to the venue. We do not have a block of rooms set aside at this location.
We have a 24 person shuttle reserved to make trips to and from both listed hotels. The shuttle will begin at 4 PM at the Embassy Suites, and will continue to alternate hotel trips through the night until 1 AM.
