Things To Do

South Broadway

South Broadway, Denver, CO

The south Broadway area of Denver is where we fell in love and continues to hold a very special place in our hearts. It offers lots of bars and restaurants as well as a variety of independently owned stores, coffee shops, clubs and patios. Illegal Pete’s and Sputnik are two of our go to’s.

Cherry Creek

Denver, CO

Cherry creek is the more upscale/fancy part of Denver and if you choose to stay there, there are lots of great restaurants and shopping and the mall is 🤌🏼

Washington Park

Denver, CO

Washington Park (Wash Park) is a favorite for locals. The park itself is really beautiful and is surrounded by lots of little neighborhood spots to walk, eat and shop. (Must love dogs.) Uncle is our favorite restaurant in this neighborhood if you’re looking for some upscale Ramen, but you MUST order the eggplant bao buns. (We know how pretentious that sounds, but you really must.) You also need to make a reservation so plan ahead.

Capitol Hill

Denver, CO

Charlie Brown’s Piano bar in Cap hill is where we first hit it off and we still go back! It’s a time warp in the best way and definitely a must! Just make sure you walk or Uber because parking is a B word.

River North Art District

Denver, CO

We love this part of Denver so much! It’s a really fun, artsy area with a pretty young crowd, but the breweries, bars and restaurants can’t be beat. Hop Alley and Denver Central Market are two of our very favorite restaurants in all of Denver!

Englewood

Englewood, CO

It’s where we live! There are lots of awesome small bars and restaurants (Zomo, Brewability, Aki sushi and Moe’s BBQ and BOWLING!! to name a few), but there are also a ton of really cool airbnbs close to our house if you want to stay close to the happy couple!😘

Evergreen

Evergreen, CO 80439

Evergreen has its own array of restaurants and shops downtown as well as a beautiful lake and golf course. There are tons of open spaces and hiking trails to enjoy.

The Mountains!

If you have the time, any trip to the Rocky Mountains will be memorable. There are so many places that we love- each with different things to offer, so if this is something you’re interested in please reach out to us and we can give you our specific recommendations! If you don’t have the time to make it up to the higher elevations there are lots of beautiful places we can recommend on the front range (Golden, Boulder, Fort Collins) that are also really fun and very beautiful.
