Event Locations, Lodging & Transportation
The wedding itself (Saturday) is at Kartchner Caverns State Park, located near Benson AZ, about an hour's drive from downtown Tucson. For out of town guests (or anyone who doesn't want to drive) we'll provide a free shuttle service between downtown Tucson and Kartchner Caverns. Please let us know in your RSVP if you think you might use the shuttle so we can get the shuttle company an estimated head count. If plans change later, no worries - just keep us updated. We'll need a final head count by April. We recommend out of town guests stay in or near downtown Tucson for the weekend and take the shuttle or carpool to the wedding venue. Tucson guests planning to party hard may wish to take the shuttle, book lodging in Benson for Saturday night, or camp with us at Kartchner after the reception (more on that below). As a heads up, Lyft & Uber do not operate in Benson. The Friday and Sunday events are in downtown Tucson and Catalina Foothills, respectively. Catalina Foothills is a 20-30m drive from downtown depending on traffic. We recommend out of town guests carpool or take Uber/Lyft for the Sunday Open House.

Campout at Kartchner! (Saturday Night Only)
We will be camping out at Kartchner Caverns State Park (the wedding venue) after the reception on Saturday night. Adventurous friends and family are invited to join us! If you camp out, make sure to stop by the cabins in the morning to say hello and enjoy a breakfast of Bubbe's Bagels and fresh coffee on us :) We'd love to get to spend a little extra time with you in the great outdoors. Kartchner can accommodate tent camping, trailers, and RVs (RV hookups are available at every campsite). If you want to stay near our wedding group, reserve your spot near the cabins, since that's where we'll be staying. Sites 27-34 on the Southeast side of the Upper Loop are closest. Be sure to book your reservation well in advance to ensure you get a spot! Finally, if you'd like to camp but need to borrow some gear, please let us know by 3/31. We can round some up for you with enough advance notice.

We always prefer to stay at Airbnb's, but if you'd like an easy hotel option near the Saturday wedding venue this would be the best. It's just a 10 minute drive from Kartchner Caverns State Park.

Tucson International Airport
Flying into Tucson is easiest. You can get an Uber or Lyft from the airport to any destination in Tucson. If you will be staying in Benson we recommend renting a car.

Phoenix has more flight connections than Tucson. If you prefer to fly into Phoenix, we recommend Groome Transportation's shuttle from the Phoenix airport to Tucson, linked here.
