Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Cupola barn. For those who park across the street, there is a golf cart that can take you to and from your car.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. Our Usher and Hostess will get everyone seated.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our menu is buffet style

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle to and from hotels. So please plan ahead in regards to getting to and from the ceremony safely; uber, car pooling, park and rides etc...The Cupola prefers guests do not keep their cars there over night. If absolutely necessary, you can, but it needs to be picked up at 9 am the latest the next morning.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. The venue is indoor and outdoor with some grassy areas.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love them, we are asking that parents please leave their kiddos at home and come enjoy a night out :)

What is the food menu?

Answer

We will have printed out menus at each table for a reminder, but the buffet will include: Entrees: -Chicken Piccata -Pulled pork -Mushroom Risotto (vegetarian) Sides: -Mac N' Cheese -Green Beans Almondine All served with house salad and rolls

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is by RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those who are listed on the invitation.
