How We Met 2.16.16 After matching on Tinder (as all respectable couples do nowadays) and talking for a few days, Andrew came to Oakland to take Ally out on a date. He had arranged to go to his favorite sushi place, only to find out that it was closed. Luckily Ally knew of a second location a few blocks away, and the night was saved. They talked over sushi rolls about their lives, their shared love of music and horror movies, and everything seemed to click. Of course the answer was yes, and after Facetiming their parents with the good news, they walked down the street to meet up with their friends, who had set up all of the candles while they were at dinner, and were waiting to celebrate at a nearby bar.
