How do I get to the venue?

Our ceremony and reception will be happening at The 228 in Sterling. This venue is located at 228 Leominster Rd. (rt. 12) Sterling, MA. This Google Maps link is qued up with the destination. Simply add your starting point and GO! https://tinyurl.com/ycu63wyj

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are planning for the Ceremony to begin at 3:30 pm. It is wise to arrive at about 30 minutes early.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a small parking lot on site that holds about 30 cars. Carpooling is encouraged.

Will there be transportation for those staying at the Double Tree in Leominster?

Answer

YES! Transportation company is booked. Shuttle times are yet to be determined.

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a wedding so please do step up your normal weekend attire a bit. We are planning both indoor and outdoor activities so please wear footwear that is appropriate for wear on grass.

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

We will not dictate what colors you should wear but if you worry about matching someone else, then please know that the bridesmaids will be wearing royal blue.

Are kids welcome?

Please, no children. This is a 21+ affair.

Can I bring a date?

Please do not bring a date unless you have an invitation addressed to Your Name & Guest.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The bride makes her living modifying homes for people with disabilities so of course, her chosen venue is accessible :)

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

For the cocktail hour there will be selections of fruits, veggies, and cheeses. For dinner, there will be an upscale barbeque buffet.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please disclose your dietary restriction on your RSVP card. We are planning to make accommodations for those who are gluten-free and vegetarian.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes, though this is not Allyson and Adam's favorite past time.

Will there be any activities happening that I need to know about?

There will be yard games and a low-tech photo booth!

What time will the reception end?

Answer

We have use of the venue until 8:30 pm. After that point, we may head to a local watering hole for extended celebration for those who wish to partake. Location TBD.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We encourage you to take photos any time after the ceremony. Please share the photos with us on social media via hashtag #millerfindshisally
