We met at Rendezvous‘s restaurant located in Marina Bay. Sean was enjoying a quiet lunch at while I was meeting Billy for a drink(s). I initiated the conversation with a compliment on his beer selection. From that moment on we didn’t stop talking. Later that evening we were on our last first date at the Burgeon rodeo. We had so much in common we could not believe our paths hadn’t crossed before... As much as we had in common our hobbies and palates were completely opposite. Which has paved the path to our never ending adventures. A few of my favorites dates include; Sean on a 20 mile bike ride thru the Everglades surrounded by alligators(he couldn’t sit down for 3 days) Me eating pig brain from a steaming pot filled with unfamiliar spices(never again will he create my pho bowl) Sean taking me to Savannah’s oldest graveyard(I had no idea he didn’t know anyone buried there) One night while playing cards at the casino Sean asked me to go to Ireland with him. Just as our dates are spontaneous so is our story. Later that month we found out we were expecting our greatest blessing, Aubrey. Who is an example of our love and joy. While in Ireland at the cliffs of Moher Sean asked me to marry him. The moment was magical and the prefect fairytale beginning for our family. I have never dreamed of being a bride or having a huge wedding but want for our family to have the same name. Our plan for marriage is a life filled with family, laughter, and unconditional love. We have decided to take a trip back to Ireland this time with Aubrey in tow to exchange vows and a Guinness or two! We would love to open this invitation to everyone but understand the challenge of traveling. When we get back we hope you will celebrate with us at an “I Do BBQ.”
